Difficult conversations are part and parcel of the HR/recruitment sector. You may be required to be involved in grievance and disciplinary procedures in which you need to investigate sensitive issues.
Imagine being able to direct your questioning to a particular area due to understanding an individual’s nonverbal behaviour, or imagine being able to control how other’s perceive you, and to soften the impact of these difficult conversations. This workshop is designed to help you do all of this and more, including teaching you how to disengage non-verbally in order to reduce conflict and reduce negative nonverbal spirals.
- Convey nonverbal confidence, warmth, respect and interest
- Convey nonverbal credibility and authority with our vocal power
- Methods to reduce conflict and build understanding
- Using non-verbal to elicit greater information
Through the grievance/disciplinary processes this understanding will allow you to elicit more information, carry out more effective investigations and resolve situations in a timely and conflict reducing manner. This training will help you engage in more productive conversations, reduce conflict and actually make you feel more confident to achieve a successful outcome.
