Would you like to have the ability to be able to read your customers or suppliers? Do you often suspect you’re your suppliers, colleagues or customers may be withholding information or failing to understand your instructions to gain the upper hand?
Firmly based on scientific studies this workshop gives you the tools to accurately speed read individuals and decode your stakeholder’s behaviour. You will learn actionable steps of how to create rapport, learn to detect deception and identify negative nonverbal behaviour. Training will be delivered to help you detect micro expressions (brief involuntary facial expressions which are universal) which will aid you understand how your stakeholders are feeling about your conversations while also providing you with the tools to avoid confrontation and defend-attack cycles.
